G-Bar is always searching for talented, motivated individuals who have the drive to become successful traders. Applicants need not have a background in the derivatives business, only an analytical mind and a willingness to learn. We have successful traders with many different backgrounds and college degrees. Qualified applicants will enter our rigorous training program where they will learn all about derivatives trading. Features of our training program include:

• Classroom education in option theory and trading strategy presented by our full-time Education Coordinator.
• Mock trading experience.
• Mentoring program with active senior traders.
• Rotations between trading floor and upstairs trading room positions.
• Thorough instruction in utilizing G-Bar's proprietary trading technologies.

Education continues after becoming a trader. G-Bar also conducts firm-wide seminars on specific topics in the derivatives field.

Once the training program is completed, usually in twelve to eighteen months, a trainee becomes a trader with earnings based upon individual and group performance. The result is an entrepreneurial culture within the framework of a team. Individuals have the freedom to excel, and reap the financial rewards, while being supported by a network of experienced traders.
